Found out a nice anime recently.. It's called 甲賀忍法帖 Basilisk.
The story is about 2 main ninja clans, Kouga and Iga, fighting agaisnt each other. Though the story is a bit dark, I think you will like it. It is just 24 episodes..could be finished very fast. You can watch it online at http://anime6.org/?p=187

Oh, this anime is taken from a jap novel i think.
2 years ago they got make 1 movie SHINOBI from that novel also.
Yaya,I know.. Anyway the movie is not as nice as the anime.
